Manufacturing Process

1. Raw Material Selection

We use EPS raw materials selected for:

  • Stable expansion behavior
  • Uniform bead structure
  • Consistent performance during molding and cutting

Material selection is based on application needs rather than one-type-fits-all production.

2. Block Molding & Expansion

EPS blocks are produced through controlled expansion and molding processes to achieve:

  • Even density distribution
  • Stable internal structure
  • Minimal internal stress

This ensures blocks perform reliably during cutting, shaping, and long-term use.

3. Conditioning & Stabilization

After molding, blocks are conditioned to allow:

  • Dimensional stabilization
  • Internal pressure balance
  • Improved cutting quality

This step is critical for producing sheets and custom-cut products with clean edges and accurate dimensions.

4. Cutting & Processing

EPS sheets are cut from stabilized blocks using calibrated cutting systems to ensure:

  • Accurate thickness
  • Smooth surfaces
  • Repeatable dimensions

Custom sizes and thicknesses can be produced based on project requirements.
